Born and raised in an entrepreneurial family, she learnt how to run & own your own business and lead people effectively. Working extensively in media then following her passion for coaching, she discovered EOS and fell in love.

Shelley grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and learned from them early on; to work hard, run businesses, own her own business, and to help people really excel in the world. That’s what’s she’s done throughout her career. Three of her experiences really shaped the work she does today.
Shelley spent 26 years in media, in radio, broadcast TV and cable. She began in sales, moved to sales leadership, and ultimately became an executive and organizational leader, running multi-million dollar ad sales companies ranging in complexity and size. Shelley loved working with business leaders, helping them drive positive results within their organizations. She also enjoyed helping her leadership teams and organizations grow, develop, and thrive. She has a passion for helping leaders replace themselves!
From there, Shelley followed her love of coaching to Vistage Worldwide, where she led the inside sales team of “CEO Connectors” connecting CEO prospects to the right Vistage Chair and Peer Advisory Board Group, match making, to ensure both leaders and their groups were successful in their businesses.
Finally, Shelley was head of sales for an entrepreneurial company that was running on EOS (The Entrepreneurial Operating System™) when she arrived.
