Keith Greer, LCSW, PCC, leverages over four decades of experience as an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, Family Therapist and Trainer. Keith partners with leaders who want to communicate more effectively, build high-performing teams, and create cultures where people thrive. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and advanced practitioner of Conversational Intelligence®, Keith leverage the latest in neuroscience to help leaders transform the way they think, communicate, and lead.
Keith is a graduate of The Syracuse University School of Social Work.

Passionate about the practice, art science and utilization of neuroscience based conversational strategies that result in deep and authentic human connection and co-creation, Keith is the creator of the “Conversationally Intelligent Leadership Process“ , a Leadership Coaching & Training Program that brings together concepts, practices and skills from several evidence-based modalities including Conversational Intelligence®, Psychological Safety, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing and Positive Psychology. His clients, whether they are an emerging leader or a seasoned leadership professional, are empowered to utilize this comprehensive and robust methodology toward the development of their own unique leadership style that is fully authentic, highly valuable to their organization and inspires deep passion, loyalty and massive productivity in their team.
